Packages can be opened while courier is at the door. In case of refusal to receive the order, please pay the shipping fee according to your governorate.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

Exchanges and refunds are valid within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and the tags attached.

Exchange and refund fees are the same as delivery fees and are charged on the client.
